How to order

  • SHARE YOUR VISION

    Tell us about your idea for a custom stained glass piece by either calling us at (775) 848-5399 or using our online form below. Let us know about the colors, style and space it’s meant for—we’ll help bring your vision to life.

  • Approve + Confirm

    We’ll review your concept and discuss the applicable design fee. Once the design fee is paid we’ll work up a design for your approval.

  • Craft + Create

    Once the design is approved and the contract is signed, we require 50% of the final cost to be paid up front before any work has started. After that we’ll begin creating your stained glass art!

  • ✦ Our custom pieces are priced depending on a multitude of factors including, but not limited to, the size/complexity of the design and the type of glass being used. For example a large, but simple design could cost less than a smaller more complex design. Because this can vary widely from project to project we cannot offer an estimate until we know more about your specific project.

    ✦ We will do our best to work with you on the design to ensure it is within your budget.

    ✦ We do have a non-refundable design fee before we start working on your design, the cost of which is deducted from the final cost of the project.

  • ✦ Our non-refundable design fee helps ensure we are properly compensated for the time we take designing in the event that you change your mind after we’ve started working on your project.

    ✦ The non-refundable design fee is due before we start working on your design, the cost of which is deducted from the final cost of the project.

    ✦ The cost of this fee varies depending on the size/complexity of the project and will be discussed at the initial consultation. This fee includes two design revisions and every revision after that is an additional fee.

  • ✦ Yes! We want you to love your final piece and value your input on the design and colors choices, however, texture and specific glass choices will be left up to the artist. We truly are the experts in this regard and know what will look best in the final piece.

    ✦ We reserve the right to make changes to the design and glass choices at any point during the process. Sometimes we find it necessary to make changes in the middle of the process, but it is always for the best.

  • ✦ We love reference photos! But please note we only make our own original designs and WILL NOT recreate another artist’s work.

  • ✦ Yes, we will install our own work and will talk about the costs associated with this during the design phase.

    ✦ If you are installing one of our pieces on your own, we are happy to talk through the process and provide instruction free of charge, but note we are not responsible for any damages caused during the installation process in this instance.

  • ✦ Please note that all designs presented, whether you hire us or not, remain the intellectual property of A Glass Fantasy and may never be used for any other purposes.

    ✦ We reserve the right to reproduce the design and the right to post images of the final piece on our website and social media accounts unless otherwise agreed upon.
