Q: how long will it take to get my piece?
A: Please allow at least 5-7 business days for shipping.
Be aware that custom orders will take longer. The turn time will depend on the piece itself and will be discussed if we take on your custom piece
Q: do you ship internationally?
A: At this time we are only shipping within the United States.
Q: What if my shipment arrives damaged?
A: If your item arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package and we will work with you on getting it replaced in a timely fashion. Please include a photograph of the damaged item so we can evaluate how we would like to proceed with it on our end.
Q: Will there be color and finish variations?
A: There is a good chance there will be variations. Stained glass is very hard to photograph and we can’t guarantee that the photos on the listings are an exact representation of the piece. Most likely your piece will look even better in person than it does in the photographs.
Depending on the listing the photographs may not be of the exact piece you will receive, but will be very similar. Due to the nature of stained glass there will be color and finish variations.
Q: Do you take custom Orders?
A: We will consider custom orders on a case by case basis. Please email us at email@example.com. Please include as much information as possible and be as specific as possible.
Q: Do you Offer wholesale?
A: At this time we are not offering wholesale. We may open it up in the future so be sure to check back.
Q: How Do I Hang my new piece?
A: For small pieces a nail or a screw works great. For larger pieces we recommend a hook, possibly with an anchor, depending on the weight of the piece.
We don’t recommend suction cups on the window, unless we send one with the piece, as they are not very secure and could result in falling.
Q: How Do I care for my new piece?
A: Your piece comes ready to hang. If needed you can wipe it with a damp cloth then dry it to remove the water. Over time the metal may oxidize, if that happens you can apply car wax with a dry paper towel and finish by polishing it with a soft cloth.
Q: Is there Lead in Stained glass?
A: Yes, however unless you ingest it, lead in your piece is not toxic to you. As a precaution we recommend keeping the piece away from children and washing your hands before eating right after handling the piece.
